Amanda Kedaigle, Executive Chair
I am a fourth year PhD student in the Computational and Systems Biology program. In the Fraenkel lab, I work on computationally analyzing high-throughput data in the context of Huntington’s Disease, a fatal neurodegenerative disorder. I am also part of the Biotechnology Training Program and the Graduate Education in Medical Sciences program, two exciting opportunities at MIT! I got my B.A. in Bioinformatics from Wellesley College. I am passionate about the power of women’s communities and women’s leadership, and I look forward to nurturing that community with GWAMIT this year!
